Back in the 60's he and a group of associates pulled off the heist of the century. Since then he has been laying low and living off the proceeds, living a transient life from hotel to hotel in Las Vegas. Somewhere in the 90's one of the agencies learned of his whereabouts. Instead of turning him over to the law they found it easier to call him in from time to time, when things needed to get done.
