History:
Randall comes from a long line of lawmen, dating back to the formation of the Texas Rangers. His half-brother and nephew are both U.S. Marshalls, and his niece is a Crime Scene Investigator for a small city in Massachussetts. The Black family males have one common trait... they all have a very extremely nasty temper. Randall, however, tends to keep it in check
