His cocky demeanor and laid back attitude belay the depth of his training in the art of Gun Fu. Using his paired FN Five-seveNs, or whatever his opponents happened to be weilding a moment before, he keeps his enemies off balance and unable to use their firearms effectively. His rumpled suit and heavy trenchcoat allow him to blend in with most crowds, while his Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato allows him to stand out.

History:
Born the son of the Canadian ambassador to Hong Kong, Nicholas Cross showed high aptitude for martial arts at an early age. Training under some of the finest masters in martial arts, Nicholas finally met his true teacher, Li Kwon. Through Li he learned the Way of the Gun, and became his finest pupil. Through Li Kwon he was introduced to the Nine Tigers organization, and found a place in that organization as a bodyguard and assassin. He also met a woman of consummate grace and beauty, Jaio, and after a year the two were engaged to be married. Unfortunately, this wasn't to be. The previous pupil of Li Kwon, Yoshi Sakuhara, sought revenge on Nicolas for stealing his place by Li Kwon's side and diluting the blood of his people. In a firefight within Nicolas' own home, Jaio was killed. Yoshi escaped, and Nicolas has been hunting him ever since, hoping for revenge. After the rise of the UNITAS organization, Nicolas was tasked with joining the organization to determine what its true motives are, and how they will affect the Nine Tiger's goals. By joining UNITAS, he would also have more resources at his disposal to locate his nemesis. Returning to the North American continent, he took the code name Liquid, and has been with UNITAS ever since.
