A somewhat tall, solid but friendly looking man in his 30s. He is dirty-blond, freckled, with green eyes. He dresses somewhat plainly, usually a brown leather coat and collared shirt and rarely seems "out of place." He feels at home in a variety of foreign locales, and blends in easily with locals. He has a keen eye and a good shot with most anything that isn't full-auto.

History:
South African, of English decent (called "Empire Builders" long ago). Grew up in the bush, hunting, fishing and trapping. Attended college in the UK and eventually joined the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office due to his knack for languages. Traveled extensively throughout the US, Europe and the Middle East.
