One's first impression of Peacemaker, is that he hasn't been in a lot of fights, and might cower when threatened with bodily harm. His outward physical appearence is a thin build, short black hair, bespectacled, and wears a neatly pressed, royal blue suit that's not the cutting edge of fashion, but still stylish enough for buisness purposes. His voice betrays the slightest hint of a Brittish accent. Always softspoken, one would almost believe that he has never raised his tone in anger his entire life.

History:
He earned a B.A. in Political Science from Princeton University, with a minor in Business. Shortly afterwards, got a job in Customer Retention with Drexel Fiber Optics, and within 8 months, was promoted to Executive Customer Liason.

About the title "Executive Customer Liason." This position is the Black Ops of Customer service. This is who handles the complaints and disputes that can singlehandedly destroy a company. Here's the Analogy:

If your telephone service is poor, and you call to cancel, you will deal with a warm body on the other end of the phone, who follows a script in order try to keep you from canceling, ofering credits, discounts, and the like.

If the telephone worker helps himself to a beer from your refridgerator, or falls asleep on your couch, and drills several holes in the wrong place, you'll get a call from the Customer Service Manager. He'll tell you that the worker has been fired, they'll waive the installations fees, and you'll recieve the first 6 months of service free. Just sign this contract (which also waives your rights to legal action, BTW).

If the telephone worker goes to install your new phone line, and while doing so, he goes up to your 16 year old daughters bedroom and impregnates her... this is where the EXECUTIVE Customer Liason steps in.

Simply getting the customer to waive his legal right to sue wouldn't stop something like this from exploding into a vortex of Bad P.R., so the ECL flies to your home, personally apolgizes for this horrible ordeal, and asks what he can do to set things right. Armed with all of the companies resources, his one goal isn't to merely put a gag the victims, but to publicly demonstrate that the Company is doing everything it can to set things right, or as close to right as it can get.

The girl will recieve full medical care for her and her child, all on the companies dime, Will cooperate with the family to press any civil or penial charges the family wishes file against the employee, and generally throw enough money and diplomacy around until the family is content.

Needless to say, the father of the girl will get free service for life.

After 2 years of this work, Peacemaker quit in search of more altruistic work, turning to a career in national security. Even though he was unable to pass the physical endurance test, his silvery tounge was too great of an asset to let go to waste, so the BSS trained him as a diplomat for conflicts not relating to foreign policy.
